ABOUT THE JOB

· You take full ownership of the Belgian P&L, with responsibility for growth, profitability and overall business performance.

· Together with the group CEO, you define and execute the strategy to grow Cyclops Belgium.

· You lead, develop and inspire a growing team of now 60+ Project Managers and supporting functions, while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day operations of the business

· You build strong relationships with existing clients and create new business opportunities.

· You drive sustainable growth while ensuring a healthy balance between commercial success, profitability and operational excellence.

· You ensure outstanding project delivery and a consistently high level of client satisfaction.

· You attract, develop and retain talented people, while safeguarding the entrepreneurial culture that defines Cyclops.

· You set priorities, allocate resources and make decisions that contribute to the long-term success of the Belgian business.

· You help shape the standards, processes and best practices that will support Cyclops' international expansion.

· You act as a visible and approachable leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and engage directly with operational challenges when required

· You have owned a P&L and taken responsibility for revenue growth, profitability and overall business performance.

· You know how to make decisions that drive both commercial success and financial results.

· You have successfully built, led and developed high-performing teams.

· You are experienced in defining, implementing and monitoring KPIs, with the ability to align team performance with strategic business objectives.

· You are commercially strong and know how to build long-term client relationships.

· You are familiar with a project-based company and an industrial context.

· You have an established network within the Belgian industrial sector.

· You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

· You attract, develop and retain talented people.

· You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.

· You enjoy building organisations and leaving your mark on their growth.
