We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing & Communications Officer who will help shape, organize and amplify Cyclops' online presence, with creativity, structure, and a healthy dose of enthusiasm.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the heart of our marketing and communication efforts, including:

• Managing our online and social media channels (LinkedIn, website, Instagram, and related ads).

• Further setting up and optimizing HubSpot, and helping define smooth processes between marketing and sales.

• Integrating and scheduling finalized content across all marketing flows and social media channels.

• Creating and maintaining a marketing calendar with a smart mix of lead generation, employer branding, and variation.

• Managing and maintaining the company newsletter (yes, people actually read it).

• Reporting on the performance of posts and marketing activities. Numbers do matter.

• Supporting communication around events organized by Cyclops (before, during, and after).

What we’re looking for

• You’re organized, proactive, and not afraid of marketing tools.

• You enjoy both creativity and structure (rare but powerful combo).

• You’re comfortable juggling multiple channels without dropping the ball.

• You like learning, improving, and occasionally using emojis responsibly.

• Bonus points if you have experience with Hubspot, Wordpress, Google ads, Canva and social media campaigns
