ABOUT THE JOB:

Execute marketing campaigns to attract and convert potential clients using email marketing, LinkedIn, and webinars.
Manage LinkedIn and other B2B platforms to engage target audiences and generate leads.
Create high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations tailored to industry professionals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies.
Plan and promote industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue growth.

WHAT WE NEED:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills tailored to technical decision-makers.
Proficiency in various digital marketing techniques like SEA, LinkedIn Ads, and email campaigns.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Lusha, or Clay) and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of CapEx projects and project management methodologies or willingness to learn.
Experience with subcontracting marketing tasks to freelance resources or marketing offices is an advantage.
Fluent in both Dutch and English.
