KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take a leading role in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to screening candidates and conducting interviews.
• Collaborate with Cyclops’ Internal stakeholders (in Poland and Belgium) to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements for project management roles.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies, utilizing a variety of channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking events) to attract qualitative talent.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor) to track candidates and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the consultancy and project management sectors.
• Act as an ambassador for Cyclops, representing the organization at job fairs, networking events etcet.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Polish and English.
  
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition specialist, ideally within the Industrial Project Management and Engineering Consulting environment.
  
• Familiarity with Engineering and/or Project management roles and the skills needed in this industry is preferred.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor) and other recruitment software (LinkedIn Recruiter Seat).
  
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt recruitment strategies to changing market conditions.
