ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for industrial projects for clients.
You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.
You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
You will serve as the expert on civil and construction-related matters within our team.
The projects you will be involved in comprise a variety of types (industrial installations, civil, buildings, facilities, renovations,…).

WHAT WE NEED:

You have a (Civil) Master's degree in construction, architecture or related or with equivalent experience.
As a Project Manager, you have the ability to translate the demands of the client into practical realizable projects.
You have minimal 5y experience with managing civil, real estate or construction projects preferably in industrial environment.
With your outstanding people and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams, which includes suppliers, users, maintenance staff, etc.
As a Project Manager, you have a hands-on and proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.
You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
You are flexible and willing to travel within Poland, with a willingness to take on international projects being a valuable asset.
Proficiency in Office Suite and Microsoft Project is advantageous.
You are fluent in both Polish and English, with knowledge of Dutch or French considered a plus.
Having a Polish construction permit or license is a plus.
