ABOUT THE JOB:

• As a Project Manager you will be responsible for real estate/construction projects for industrial clients.
• You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.
• You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
• The projects you will be involved in comprise a variety of types (civil, buildings, facilities, renovations,…).

WHAT WE NEED:

• You have a (Civil) Master's degree in construction, architecture or related or with equivalent experience.
• As a Project Manager, you have the ability to translate the demands of the client into practical realizable projects.
• You have experience with managing real estate/construction projects preferably in industrial environment.
• With your outstanding people and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams, which includes suppliers, users, maintenance staff, etc.
• As a Project Manager, you have a proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.
• You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You have an eye for detail and execute projects and tasks with precision
• You are flexible to travel within reasonable distance.
• Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus
• You speak fluently English and Dutch or French
