The Talent Recruitment Officer will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by identifying and engaging skilled professionals to support our expanding portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Your efforts will ensure that Cyclops remains at the forefront of the project management industry with a team of talented and motivated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to screening candidates and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with Cyclops’ Internal stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements for project management roles.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies, utilizing a variety of channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking events) to attract qualitative talent.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the consultancy and project management sectors.
- Act as an ambassador for Cyclops, representing the organization at job fairs, networking events etcet.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Dutch, English (and French as a plus).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition specialist, ideally within the consultancy or project management or engineering sector.
- Familiarity with project management roles and the skills needed in this industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt recruitment strategies to changing market conditions.
